Maryland Licensed Pre-Anesthesia NP/PA

Job Summary

To support high-quality preoperative clinical care, the full-time Maryland Licensed Pre-Anesthesia NP/PA will collaborate with teams across anesthesia, surgery, and hospital staff, primarily working in a hybrid/remote setting with occasional on-site availability in the DC/MD/VA area.

Key responsibilities

• Provide preoperative clinical assessments and optimize patients preparing for surgery
• Collaborate with PAT leadership and other healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing professional development

Required qualifications

• Maryland NP/PA license with at least five years of post-graduation experience in ambulatory and inpatient settings
• Previous RN experience in PACU, Pre-Op, Cardiology, or Surgery is preferred
• Experience in a primary-care or surgical environment is advantageous
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse healthcare teams
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
