Maryland Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee contract operational support functions and manage multiple project tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery governance, including defining priorities and managing risks/issues
• Provide thought leadership to achieve program objectives and shape long-term strategy
• Build and lead high-performing teams, supporting hiring, onboarding, and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading projects in a technical environment
• 5+ years of experience leading delivery in an Agile environment
• 5+ years of experience leading Java-based projects on AWS
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in Information Systems; PMP certification required
