Maryland Licensed Program Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance educational experiences for children, the full-time Maryland Licensed Program Quality Specialist will provide virtual and in-person support to schools and programs, facilitate educational program progress, and collaborate with partners to improve processes and resource utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to identified schools and educational programs, both virtually and in-person
• Facilitate the progress of programs through the Maryland EXCELS quality rating levels by reviewing documentation and providing coaching
• Collaborate with external contacts to identify and revise educational supports and resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Three years of related experience in the education sector
• Experience working with early childhood education systems in Maryland
• Strong online proficiency, including document management and web troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
