Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director to lead the Employee Assistance Program initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all contract operations and performance
• Serve as the main point of contact with NRC COR
• Oversee program staffing, compliance, and communication

Required Qualifications

• Master's/Doctorate in mental health or health administration
• 10+ years of healthcare administration experience
• 5+ years managing multi-state Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
• CEAP preferred
