Job Summary
Directing in-house crews and subcontractors, the full-time Maryland Licensed Project Manager will manage project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery while communicating with customers and internal management in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Report daily to external customers and internal management on project progress
- Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for project execution and closeout
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of construction project experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Intermediate experience in schedule management
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety training
