Maryland Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the part-time Maryland Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct remote psychiatry assessments, prescribe medications, and integrate brief psychotherapy while collaborating with a team of clinicians to enhance client care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions remotely
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to create integrated care plans

Required qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Licensed to practice in Maryland as a PMHNP
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
• Active DEA license in Maryland
• Experience delivering remote telepsychiatry services
