Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Signing Agent - MD.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct General Notary or Real Estate RON sessions in compliance with state law and platform standards
Verify signer identity using Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and biometric identity tools
Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and required notarial elements

Required Qualifications

Active commissions as a notary public in a RON-authorized state
1 year of Traditional Notary Experience and 6 months RON experience
NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent and completion of a RON Education Course
Valid Digital Certificate from IdenTrust and background check dated within a year
Demonstrated experience with Remote Online Notarization workflows and Real Estate RON notarizations
