Job Summary

To support maternal and child health outcomes, the contract Maryland Licensed Registered Dietitian will provide nutritional health care for pregnant and postpartum patients through individual and group therapy visits, while developing telemedicine protocols for nutritional support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Nutritional Health Care Provider for pregnancy and postpartum patients
• Conduct 1:1 and group therapy visits focused on nutritional health
• Create protocols and safety measures for a telemedicine-based nutritional support system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Licensed to practice in Maryland, with active registration in Maryland ePrep as a plus
• Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in pregnancy-related nutrition care, including management of Gestational Diabetes and diabetes types I and II
• Experience providing virtual patient care and availability for intermittent phone and video meetings
