Job Summary
As a Maryland Licensed Retirement Counselor, the full-time Senior Retirement Counselor will provide tailored consultations to high net worth retirement plan participants, focusing on sales, revenue generation, and client relationship management while operating in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive one-on-one consultations, tailoring guidance to participants' financial goals and circumstances
- Educate participants on retirement income strategies, asset allocation, tax considerations, and estate planning concepts
- Drive asset retention and acquisition through personalized conversations and collaboration with the Individual Investors organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- CRPC designation must be obtained within designated window if not already held
