Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 75 401(k) and cross-tested plans, overseeing full lifecycle administration
  • Oversee annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and government reporting for retirement plans
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing high-quality client service and discussing plan design changes and regulatory updates
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Defined Contribution plan compliance testing, including ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4)
  • Familiarity with cross-testing plan designs
  • Experience with administration platforms such as FT William preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
