Job Summary
To drive revenue and engagement with small group brokers, the full-time Maryland Licensed Sales Consultant will manage retention strategies, lead renewal discussions, and act as the internal expert on assigned relationships in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and engage brokers and employer groups within defined relationship ecosystems to enhance strategic messaging and renewal support
- Lead renewal strategy conversations, delivering tailored presentations and insights to brokers and employer decision-makers
- Communicate market feedback and emerging threats to sales leadership while contributing to the development of strategic sales messaging
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Current health and life license for Maryland, DC, and Virginia
- Minimum of 3 years of sales/healthcare experience in a similar sales position
- Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple demands effectively
