Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Distribution - Retirement Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive retirement plan sales by promoting defined contribution and defined benefit products to advisors
• Build and establish relationships with financial advisors and third-party administrators
• Position products as solutions for clients in the retirement market

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 2+ years of retirement sales experience with knowledge of retirement products
• Strong work ethic and motivation to meet or exceed goals
• Understanding of portfolio construction, capital markets, and financial service products
• Licenses required within 5 months of employment include FINRA Series 6 and 63, and Resident Life and Health appointment
