Maryland Licensed Salesforce Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to support and coordinate the release process across multiple Salesforce orgs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using the Salesforce platform and manage custom demonstrations
• Ensure alignment of Salesforce technical design with enterprise architecture and maintain Service Cloud functionalities
• Document processes and manage Salesforce roles, profiles, and advanced flows while participating in Agile sprints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce release management and as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management and Salesforce deployments
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Copado Fundamentals I certification (Fundamentals II preferred)
