Maryland Licensed Salesforce Specialist

Job Summary

To support a Maryland State client, the full-time Maryland Licensed Salesforce Specialist will blend advanced administration and development to optimize the Salesforce platform, focusing on configuring, customizing, and building solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and optimize Salesforce Flows and develop custom solutions using APEX and Lightning Web Components
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot defects to ensure platform stability and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document technical specifications for enhancements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on both declarative solutions and custom development
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (both required)
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools and programmatic tools such as APEX and SOQL
• Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools like Git or Copado
