Job Summary
Seeking a Maryland Licensed Security Engineer, the contract position will work remotely to support enterprise data protection, insider threat monitoring, and compliance auditing while engineering and optimizing DLP and secure data transfer capabilities using Forcepoint DLP and EverFox Data Guard technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer, maintain, and optimize enterprise DLP and cross-domain security platforms using Forcepoint DLP and EverFox Data Guard technologies
- Configure and manage DLP and secure transfer policies for various data states and support cloud data protection initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex operational issues involving secure web gateways and cross-domain transfer operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity engineering, DLP operations, and data protection programs
- Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP technologies and secure transfer operations
- Familiarity with compliance initiatives aligned to NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIG, and FedRAMP standards
- Experience supporting AWS cloud environments and enterprise integrations including SIEM platforms and Active Directory
