Maryland Licensed Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Maryland Licensed Senior AI Engineer will design and build AI systems that automate various stages of the vulnerability research lifecycle while working remotely within the Greater Maryland region.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI systems for automating the exploit development lifecycle, including vulnerability analysis and proof-of-concept generation
• Build robust evaluation frameworks to ensure the correctness and safety of AI-generated exploit code
• Design scalable backend systems and data pipelines to enhance AI-driven vulnerability exploitation capabilities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with a focus on building and scaling production systems
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Go or Python, emphasizing high-quality and maintainable code
• Proven experience in operating AI-powered systems in production, including multi-step workflows and reliability engineering
• Deep understanding of APIs, system design, and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Experience with data pipelines or high-volume data processing systems
