Job Summary
As a Maryland Licensed Senior Sales Specialist, the full-time position will manage participant relationships by providing retirement strategy insights, resolving complex account issues, and qualifying high-value participants for enhanced consultations, with a hybrid work arrangement available after training.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound participant service requests and resolve complex account issues
- Identify and qualify participants for referral to Retirement Specialists and Financial Consultants to enhance relationships
- Deliver on defined sales targets while providing education and guidance on investment options to retain assets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 4+ years of total relevant work experience
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 66 licenses to be obtained within designated window
