Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney (SSI/SSDI).

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients throughout the SSD/SSI application process
• Manage a personal caseload and lead a team of support staff
• Draft briefs for the Appeals Council and handle hearings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia
• Minimum one year of experience in SSD/SSI hearings
• Experience with Appeals Council briefs preferred
• Commitment to serving vulnerable and underserved populations
