Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Agent L1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering customer phone calls
  • Providing remote technical support
  • Documentation and incident management using the USPS ServiceNow ticketing system
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a Sensitive level USPS clearance
  • Associate degree in a technical field with 3 years of technical support experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years of experience
  • Functional knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office 365, and TCP/IP
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and ServiceNow Incident Management system
  • Reliable internet access and suitable work location for virtual work
