Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager (Remote) to oversee tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals and corporations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for individuals and corporations
• Lead tax planning processes and ensure compliance with tax laws
• Conduct tax research and provide planning advice to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
• Proven experience in tax planning and strategy development
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
