Maryland Licensed Technical Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Representative who will perform warranty and technical services for commercial roofing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical inspections of commercial roofing for warranty coverage
• Perform leak investigations and minor repairs to prevent roof leaks
• Educate customers on application specifications and warranty requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Architecture, or a minimum of 4 years active duty, or a High School Diploma with 4 years in the construction industry
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry
• Must possess a current driver's license
• Willingness to travel overnight 10-15% of the time
• Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
