Job Summary

A company is looking for a PRN Advanced Practice Provider in On-Demand Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-demand acute patient visits via the eVisit platform
• Provide coverage for scheduled telehealth appointments in the Connected Care program
• Collaborate with primary care and specialist team members to promote a team-based approach to care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with acute care experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
• Current licenses in Maryland, DC, and Virginia (including DEA and CDS) required
• Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per month, including some evenings and weekends
