Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Maryland Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, focusing on delivering affirming mental health services while enjoying scheduling flexibility and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Manage a caseload of clients while maintaining flexibility in scheduling to accommodate personal needs
• Engage in professional development through peer consultations and specialized training opportunities

Required qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
