Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Therapist will manage a caseload of 25-36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical intakes and assessments to develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth while maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong technology skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
