Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time Maryland Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and provide independent treatment decisions
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling and billing

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Preferred experience in structured clinical settings and skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
