Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret chains of title and prepare preliminary reports
• Verify property and tax information, maps, and documents for customer packages
• Support the Searching Unit and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Title Industry experience
• Knowledge of real property computer database programs and title insurance practices
• Familiarity with Maryland regulations and title procedures
• Ability to operate effectively under time constraints
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
