Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Management Sr Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisition and disposition
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and coordinate lease renewals and acquisitions
• Negotiate leases and sales, track transaction activities, and contribute to operational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Real Estate Salesperson license is required
• Innovative mindset to develop new methods beyond existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Must be open to occasional travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
