Job Summary

To support the leadership team's vision for exceptional travel services, the full-time Maryland Licensed Travel Team Supervisor will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of travel agents while ensuring service quality and operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training of travel agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Manage day-to-day operations and monitor agent performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity and customer service
• Collaborate with internal departments and communicate client needs to ensure optimal service delivery and revenue generation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the travel industry
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience (or equivalent)
• Extensive knowledge of travel processes, GDS systems, and corporate travel programs
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop travel agents
• Familiarity with travel management tools, contracts, and vendor relationships preferred
