Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mass Tort Associate Attorney to handle complex litigation in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
• Assist in discovery efforts, including document identification and witness depositions
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred
• Active membership in a State Bar
• Experience with complex civil or commercial litigation is a plus
• Clerkship experience is a bonus, not a requirement
