Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Mass Tort Attorney for a part-time, fully remote engagement with a nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm, where the attorney will manage client communications regarding case status, settlement structures, and next steps for mass tort and class action matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct communications with clients about their case status and settlement processes
• Engage with a large docket of mass tort and class action matters, including product liability and consumer protection cases
• Collaborate with the firm's support infrastructure to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Licensed attorney with experience in mass torts or class action litigation
• Ability to commit to approximately 20 hours per week during standard business hours
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical liability, defective medical devices, and toxic exposure cases
• Experience in client communication and case management
• Flexibility to work East Coast or West Coast hours as needed
