Mass Tort Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mass Tort Client Paralegal who will work mostly remote and manage clients for the Complex & Mass Tort practice group.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing correspondence and inquiries
• Order, track, and review client medical records and maintain client-related deadlines
• Respond to discovery requests and collaborate with the litigation team to ensure client files are complete

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two (2) years' experience with client contact in a Mass Tort or similar litigation practice
• Plaintiff experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft programs
• Experience with document management and case management systems
