Mass Tort Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mass Torts Paralegal (mostly remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and managing correspondence
• Order, track, and review client medical records, ensuring documentation is complete for cases
• Respond to discovery requests and work closely with litigation and client service teams to manage client files and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with client contact in a Mass Tort or similar litigation practice
• Experience with Plaintiff cases is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel
