Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mass Tort Paralegal to manage mass tort cases and client relationships remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mass tort cases and client relationships while meeting deadlines
• Order, review, and summarize medical records for discovery responses
• Draft pleadings and correspondence, and assist attorneys and senior paralegals

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of mass tort or personal injury paralegal experience
• Proven ability to assist attorneys and senior paralegals
• Experience with drafting and filing complaints and other pleadings
• Highly proficient in Microsoft suite and comfortable with technology
