Mass Tort Paralegal

Job Summary

Managing mass tort cases remotely, the full-time Mass Tort Paralegal will be responsible for client relationship management, reviewing medical records, and preparing legal documents under attorney supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Managing mass tort cases and maintaining client relationships
• Ordering, reviewing, and summarizing medical records for discovery responses
• Drafting pleadings and correspondence while assisting attorneys and senior paralegals

Required qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of mass tort or personal injury paralegal experience
• Proven ability to draft and file complaints and other legal documents
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
