Job Summary

A company is looking for a Massachusetts Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs
Provide training and support to caregivers, parents, and other team members

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Valid state licensure as a BCBA (if applicable)
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
