Massachusetts Coalition Lead

Job Summary

Leading coalition strategy and stakeholder engagement, the full-time Massachusetts Coalition & Partnership Lead will coordinate efforts for the CASH MA Coalition, advance direct cash initiatives, and drive fundraising efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate coalition meetings, develop strategies, and track progress towards economic mobility goals
• Lead fundraising and implementation of direct cash initiatives across Massachusetts and the Northeast
• Engage with stakeholders and policymakers to promote systems change and address barriers to economic mobility

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in coalition building, public policy, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising with diverse donor types
• Demonstrated experience with multi-stakeholder coalitions or collaboratives
• Familiarity with Massachusetts policy and nonprofit landscapes
• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM and project management tools
