Massachusetts Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time salaried Massachusetts Consultant, the individual will manage client finance functions for biotech companies, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely cash visibility, and month-end close processes while working remotely as part of a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Track and record all cash transactions, including invoices, deposits, and disbursements
• Own accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate entries
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain balance-sheet asset and liability accounts

Required qualifications

• A foundation at a Big 4 firm or a comparable national/regional CPA firm
• 1-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• CPA-track (license not required)
• Interest in working across multiple clients
• Collaborative team-first working style with a desire for mentorship
