Massachusetts CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the preparation and completion of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and manage the related processes
• Research and communicate accounting positions across decentralized businesses and corporate finance teams
• Support the audit team and assist in performing accounting research for complex transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting or finance and an active CPA license
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in public accounting (Big 4 or Regional Firm)
• Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements
• Experience in developing global accounting policies and providing advisory support
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with global finance teams
