Massachusetts Crisis Line Associate

Job Summary

Compassionate individuals will find a part-time opportunity as a Massachusetts Crisis Line Associate, working remotely from Monday to Wednesday, 11 PM to 5 AM ET, where they will provide emotional support and crisis intervention to callers in distress.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming crisis and emotional support calls from individuals in need
• Provide compassionate, non-judgmental listening and emotional support while assessing caller needs
• Document call interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all communications

Required qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be a resident of Massachusetts
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software platforms
