Job Summary

Seeking compassionate individuals, the part-time Massachusetts Crisis Line Associate will provide emotional support and crisis intervention by answering calls from individuals in distress, working remotely Thursday through Sunday from 11 PM to 5 AM ET.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming crisis and emotional support calls from individuals in need
• Provide compassionate, non-judgmental listening and assess caller needs following established protocols
• Document call interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Required qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be a Massachusetts resident
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate during difficult conversations
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software platforms
