Massachusetts Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager, MassHealth Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, distribute, and present MassHealth financial reports to ACO partners and state agencies
• Collaborate with the population health team to develop initiatives for maximizing financial performance at each ACO
• Work with financial planning and system analytics teams to identify financial performance drivers and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare finance
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance in a healthcare finance environment
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Strong understanding of MassHealth program design
• Ability to manage external relationships effectively
