Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in Massachusetts, who will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts to build relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility within the behavioral healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels
