Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance B2C and B2B marketing efforts, and analyze data to drive growth in behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness
• Strengthen B2B marketing initiatives to build relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
