Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in Massachusetts, who will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships to support the growth of behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and drive growth in inquiries and admissions
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and expand referral networks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions
