Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and increase inquiries
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen relationships with referral partners and support growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in building referral networks and generating qualified leads in the healthcare sector
