Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in Massachusetts, responsible for expanding awareness and engagement of behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing strategies while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to drive growth in inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for both B2C and B2B marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
