Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time remote Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager will manage digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and lead the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing strategies targeting prospective clients and referral partners to increase inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting SEO and content marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
