Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote role in Massachusetts, responsible for expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies while managing a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to drive inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support organizational growth initiatives through effective strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
