Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships to expand access to behavioral healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and drive inquiries, referrals, and admissions
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners and create materials to support business development efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience in building referral networks and supporting organizational growth initiatives
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
