Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and manage a marketing team to expand access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage clients and families seeking behavioral health services, driving inquiries and admissions
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility within the healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
